The annual KCMN SWOT Summit is in its fourth year! This member-favorite event (non-members are welcome to attend, too!) provides valuable information on topics that are on manufacturers' minds. (Manufacturers on the KCMN Advisory Board help select the topics!)
Manufacturers realize that surviving in today's unstable, uncertain and complex environment requires leadership skills and organizational capabilities different from those that helped them succeed in the past.
Joining forces with its sister network Central Kansas Manufacturing Network, the 2024 Kansas City Manufacturing Network SWOT Summit allows manufacturers across the region to learn from each other's best practices and experiences.
Featuring 9 breakout sessions led by subject matter experts and peer manufacturers, the Summit provides attendees the opportunity to use SWOT Analysis to identify how the content can help improve their strengths, uncover opportunities and reduce their risk from threats and weakness.
