EmergingLeaders

Leadership development built for manufacturing

Emerging Leaders equips high potential manufacturing employees with practical leadership skills they can apply immediately on the shop floor. Built with manufacturer input and delivered in partnership with Johnson County Community College, the program strengthens supervisors, managers, and future leaders inside your operation.
